Spotted on March 6 at 5:25 PM, on a ledge at Geary and 41st Ave. It was probably left there sometime that morning or maybe the morning before, judging by the dregs in that cup. There are some papery fragments in the cup too, but not sure what they are — I didn’t get too close.
