In the entree round, model Wilhemina-Mae impressed the judges with her molecular-gastronomy-inspired take on haggis, and industrial technician Samuel infused his dish with an elusive umami flavor.
A disappointing round in the Offal Chef Kitchen. Bus passenger Stacy’s argyle duck was too spongy and lacked seasoning. Even wizard Loki’s best efforts failed to dazzle.
While there was some great food served here today, the judges agreed that it was hard to argue with Mark’s dish. It seems this rejected Picasso sketch can finally call himself a masterpiece!
