The suspect: Oliver Teeger, age 24. Wanted for feeding the mosquito larvae, with intent to raise a cloud of mosquitoes. Captured on November 8 by an abandoned trough of stagnant rainwater.

Karl reported this crispified peel fragment on October 28. When pressed for more information, he said he spotted it on “the mean streets of Pasadena.” He refused to give further details.
