Miscellaneous Mischief: September 16 at 2:43 PM.
Two friends were walking along the boardwalk and saw a man acting suspiciously. The friends watched as the suspect dropped a banana peel on the ground and walked away. They chased after the suspect, who ran down the boardwalk and boarded the carousel, then disembarked and vanished into the crowd. A search of the area turned up several other suspects, but not this one.
